Technical Positions:

Senior Analog/Imager Design Engineer - multiple positions available!
Experienced analog integrated circuit designers are needed to conceive, analyze, design, simulate, and characterize leading edge CMOS imagers and edge circuitry such as pixel structures, drivers, amplifiers, multiplexors, A/D converters, etc. The individuals would work closely with the entire engineering team to learn about PVS's technology and accelerate development of our family of custom, semi-custom and standard image sensors and systems products. Experience with integrated circuit design, layout, and simulation tools, as well as testing and characterization of high-speed video or electro-optic circuitry is essential. Experience with CCD, CID or CMOS imagers is a plus. Desired traits are enthusiasm, good communications skills, ability to mentor junior engineers, and the self-motivation and ability to set high personal goals. A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience is required, with a master's degree desired.

Senior Digital/Mixed Signal Design Engineers - multiple positions available!
Experienced digital and/or mixed signal integrated circuit designers are needed to conceive, analyze, design, simulate, and characterize leading edge CMOS imagers and edge circuitry such as A/D converters, micro-controllers, interface circuitry, signal processing circuitry, timing, and video generation. The individuals would work closely with the entire engineering team to learn about PVS's technology and accelerate development of our family of custom, semi-custom and standard imaging system-on-a-chip products. Experience with HDL, VHDL, Verilog, gate arrays, and/or A/D converter design is a plus. Desired traits are enthusiasm, experience in high speed circuit design, good communications skills, ability to mentor junior engineers, and the self-motivation and ability to set high personal goals. A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience is required, with a master's degree desired.

Layout Engineers:
Engineers are needed to design, lay out, simulate, and test image sensors and supporting electronic circuitry. These individuals would work closely with senior design engineers to expand the family of PVS imaging systems-on-a-chip. They would design image pixel arrays and edge circuitry including A/D converters, micro-controllers, timing and video generation. Desired traits are enthusiasm for learning and personal growth, experience with CAD tools (Cadence, Mentor, Tanner, or similar), ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment. A bachelor's degree in EE and minimum of two years of experience (or directly related educational experience) required.

Entry Level Design Engineers - Multiple positions available!
High-potential college graduate digital and/or mixed signal integrated circuit designers are needed to analyze, design, simulate, and characterize leading edge CMOS imagers and support circuitry such as A/D converters, micro-controllers, timing and video generation. The individuals would work closely with the senior engineering team to learn about PVS's technology and accelerate development of our family of custom, semi-custom and standard imaging system-on-a-chip products. Class-work and school project experience with microelectronics, device physics, photonics, HDL, circuit design, layout, and simulation tools, FPGA's, digital signal processing, and/or A/D converter design is a plus. Experience with CCD, CID, or CMOS image sensors would be especially useful but not required. Desired traits are enthusiasm, good communications skills, and the self-motivation and ability to set high personal goals. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree or PhD desired.
